Our Story
Started by a pastor, built by a developer.
Kingdom Vitals began in a church office in Ghana, not a boardroom. As Senior Pastor with the Evangelical Presbyterian Church, Ghana, Rev. Bright Mawuena Nfodzo saw the same story play out year after year: a growing congregation, and a growing pile of notebooks, spreadsheets, and group chats trying to hold it all together. Visitors were welcomed warmly, then quietly lost track of. Decisions about pastoral care were made from memory, not from the full picture.
He brought the idea to Raphael Sefakor Adinkrah, a software developer who believed churches deserved technology built for how ministry actually works — not a generic business tool repurposed for church use. Raphael designed and built Kingdom Vitals from the ground up. Together, they set out to give every church, regardless of size or budget, the same clarity and care that only the best-resourced ministries could once afford.
